Fakri Al-Hubaishi Draws the Curtain on 18 Glorious Years

Mareb Al-ward Shabab Ibb Club has announced preparations to host a testimonial and farewell event for former national team and club star Fakri Al-Hubaishi, in honor of his long and illustrious football career that spanned 18 years and cemented his place among Yemen's top scorers. In a previous interview, Al-Hubaishi confirmed his final decision to retire from football, stating: "Eighteen years with the only beloved I ever knew — I left her not by choice, but because of circumstances." Al-Hubaishi is considered one of the most prolific strikers in the history of Shabab Ibb and Yemeni football.
