The stewards' strike brought to a halt the games of the penultimate round of the Yemeni top-flight football clubs scheduled for Tuesday in the cities of Sana 'a and Sayoun.

Hadramawt's Tdamn team and Sama'un Al-Shahr were supposed to play at the Olympic Stadium in Sayoun in Group I games. The teams attended the stadium, but the refusal of the judges to act and insisted on striking.

Similarly, the match that would have brought together both the Salam Al Qarfa Team and his counterpart Shab Hadramawt, in Sana 'a, was stopped for the same reason.

It is not known when the games will be played and whether the fate of tomorrow's games will be the same or not.

On various occasions, Fédération officials complained about their limited government resources but in return received financial support from FIFA, which recently published a report on the support of the world's sports federations, including Yemen, indicating that it had provided Fédération Yemen with $7 million.
