The Yemeni Association for Sports Media through its legal representative, Lawyer Ralph Charbel, issued a clarification statement concerning the illegal leak of documents from the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), related to the appeal submitted by the Association against the International Sports Press Union. The statement emphasized that publishing these documents on social media platforms constitutes a clear violation of Article 43 of the CAS Procedural Rules, which imposes strict confidentiality on all documents and proceedings related to the case. The statement highlighted that respecting legal confidentiality is a fundamental principle to ensure the integrity of judicial processes and protect the rights of all parties involved. Ittihad Ibb and Sama'un Al-Shahr play on Saturday afternoon at the Olympic Stadium in Sayoun in the first group of games of the Yemen Football League.

The two teams occupy different positions at the Group Ladder, where the Ittihad is in fourth place by eight points and Sama'un are in last place by four points.

Ranking of the two clubs in the group

The go-to confrontation ended in favour of the Union, Nicknamed the Eagles, with two goals for one.

The Ittihad looks forward to winning third place and is closer to qualifying for the semi-finals and looks more likely on paper than a wounded hearing that seems closer to relegation.

Ettihad has two wins, two draws and three defeats and could have achieved better results had its players taken advantage of the penalties they were given as well as defended well each time they took the lead over the opposition.

The teams met twice in the league before, in the second tier of the 2008 season, when they drew a scoreless first leg and then the Ittihad won the second leg by four goals to one.
