Al Oruba and Sama'un players compete on ball

Oruba Sana'a jumped to third place in Group 1 of the Yemeni Football League after beating Sama'un by four goals against a goal in today's match at the Olympic Stadium in Sayoun City.

Al-Oruba's goals were carried by Ahmed Adnan and Nasser Mohamed Nasser, while Abdulrahman Mohsen scored the only goal for Sama'un.

This win prompted Al Oruba to finish third with 13 points, while Sama'un stayed on his previous balance of 4 points and returned to the second tier after one season in the first tier to which he returned after a 20-year absence.

The result looks perfect for Al Oruba who days ago was on the verge of relegation before saving itself in the win over his rivals, in contrast Sama'un is saddened to leave the first tournament.
